Revenue Controller (Amsterdam)


We are looking to recruit revenue controller to join our Economy and Finance Department. You will be in charge of a long-term forecast and a short-term planning, control and reporting of the company’s revenues and other incomes, provides accounting support for the management in business relations with clients including gas transportation agreements. You report to the head of Finance & Economy.


As a subsidiary of PAO Gazprom, South Stream Transport B.V. is responsible for the construction and operation of the TurkStream Offshore Pipeline.

The TurkStream Offshore Pipeline will start in Anapa, Russia, running over 900 kilometres through the Black Sea to the Turkish coast. The pipeline will help secure energy supplies to Turkey and South-Eastern Europe in a reliable and sustainable way. The Project will use state-of-the-art technology, materials and equipment, to safeguard the pipeline’s safe operation for many decades to come.


  • Forecast, plan, control and report performance of budgeted revenues of the company;
  • Design and update at a regular basis the financial model of the company including calculations of the required ratios (internal rate of return (IRR), effective interest rate, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) etc.); 
  • Manage a gas transportation agreement and other revenue contracts;

o detail the financial part of revenue contracts;

o control tariff/price/fee calculation and its revision;

o settle values of work done;

o prepare and submit of the company’s invoices to the clients;

o control and report of incoming payments;

o implement of the financial provisions of a gas transportation agreement in case of a shortfall event.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Master degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Economics;
  • 3-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas finance or audit or in a corporate finance/analytics department of a bank;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • CFA, CIMA or ACCA qualification is preferable;
  • Mathematical and programming skills (Ms Excel macros, Visual Basic) are preferable;
  • Deadline driven and high level of accuracy;
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
